ENTRY/DATES: Enter between 7/20, 12:00AM CST and 7/25, 11:59PM CST (“Promotional Period”) and look for the Sweepstakes promotional message we post and answer the question as directed. Limit one entry per person.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C., ages 18 or older. Employees and officers of GGP and their respective parent and subsidiary companies and affiliates are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family members and household members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year.
PRIZE/WINNER SELECTION/ODDS: Two winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Two Grand Prize winners to receive 2 tickets to attend concert featuring Sarah McLachlan on Friday, July 26th, 2026 at The Pavillion (the “Event”) at Toyota Music Factory in Irving.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each concert ticket is $40.5 each.
Each Grand prize winner amount totals $81 total.
CLAIMING PRIZE: Winner(s) will be contacted by Sponsor (“Win Notice”) and Winner will be required to respond to Sponsor within 2 days after the Win Notice in order to claim their prize. Sponsor will require winner to verify age within 2 days of the Win Notice or the prize will be forfeited. The winner must follow Sponsor’s prize claiming procedures or forfeit the prize.
Win Notice: A winner who entered on Instagram will be “tagged” (and may receive a direct message) through Instagram.
All prizes, gift cards, promotional codes, and vouchers, tickets, are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer certain. Gift cards are distributed with a Cardholder Agreement, these cards are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Cardholder Agreement. A prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be sold and is not convertible to cash. Additional prize restrictions and terms may be imposed by prize providers. If the prize is $600.00 or higher a 1099 tax form will be issued in the winner’s name for the ARV of the prize; in the event that a winner obtained other prizes from the Sponsor during the year with a total value of all prizes reaching $600, the winner will be required to execute certain tax documents and a 1099 will be issued in the winner’s name for the ARV of all prizes accepted by the winner in this calendar year. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable.
When applicable, if seats are reserved, the selection of concert seat location is solely within Live Nation’s discretion. Parking, travel, and accommodations are not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Ticket delivery method is at the sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of concert under the winner’s name. If tickets are not sent electronically, Winner must be present to pick up tickets, and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must abide by all venue and event policies, to include but not limited to, meeting minimum age requirements and showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Event. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, winner agrees to Live Nation’s Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event. Prize Provider is not a sponsor of this Promotion and is in no way responsible for the administration of the Promotion, the verification of winners, or the fulfillment of prizing. All inquiries should be directed to Sponsor.
TERMS/INDEMNIFICATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize that you may be awarded, you agree that Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, units and divisions; and Sponsor’s advertising and promotional agencies, and prize providers and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") shall not be liable for any and all actions, claims, including any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by your participation in this Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that you may be awarded, you agree to fully indemnify each Indemnified Party from any and all such claims by third parties. The Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for: (i) technical errors, data corruption, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (ii) claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; or (iii) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit participation in the Sweepstakes if, in its sole discretion, it determines a user is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor representatives. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person whose social media account matches the person tagged as the winner. Sponsor will not distribute more than the stated number of prizes described. The prize will be forfeited if the winner does not respond to the Win Notice in time and Sponsor will then award that prize to another winner. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Indemnified Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to a participant’s computer related to or resulting from participating the in promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the promotion it if integrity of the promotion is compromised or corrupted. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SWEEPSTAKE'S WEBSITE OR UNDERMINES THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHALL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. An entrant may be disqualified if they attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries. Winner acknowledges that if the prize is attendance at an Event that is cancelled or postponed for any reason: i) winner will need to follow Event producer’s instructions and procedures; and ii), Sponsor shall not be held accountable for any Event change or cancellation. Winner must attend the Event as scheduled. The winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prize.
RELEASE: By entering, entrants agree to: (1) release the Sponsor and its agents, prize provider, Event performers, District owner(s), Instagram, and their respective parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, affiliates and related entities, and employees from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use/misuse of any prize; (2) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judge. Entrants authorize the Indemnified Parties to use their name, photo, hometown, Submission, and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use by Sponsor and its agent and affiliates of his/her name, hometown, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation in all media (except if winner is a resident of TN or where otherwise prohibited by law).
